Logging in for the First Time
Welcome to Rivia! We're excited to help you turn data into decisions.
When you log in for the first time, you'll notice our navigation panel on the left-hand side, along with an overview of your study in the middle of the page. You can use the navigation panel to move between modules in Rivia, including the Patient Profile view and your Dashboards (more on these below).
Our Support team can be reached via the chat bubble in the lower left-hand corner.
Your First Dashboards
Upon selecting Dashboard module, you'll notice that your workspace already includes several dashboards with key reports under a folder named for your study.
These were created based on the Use Case Discovery session we had with your team prior to launch. They're designed to give you a strong starting point—but feel free to revise or build on them as your needs evolve.
Start Thinking About Your Data
To make the most of Rivia, we recommend asking yourself:
What reports or metrics do I review on a regular basis?
Are there insights I routinely gather from multiple systems or tools?
What types of data reviews are essential to my team or leadership?
Rivia excels at combining multiple data sources into a single dashboard, so if you're manually stitching insights together today, that's a great place to start.
We encourage you to create dedicated folders and dashboards to address these recurring data needs. And remember, our team is always here to help design, review, or polish anything you create.
You're not restricted to interacting with your data via dashboards inside Rivia, either. We have dedicated modules for individual Patient Profiles, and for Recruitment Monitoring as well. Check them out!

What Happens After Launch?
Any visualizations or analysis that the Rivia team creates per your requests after launch will appear in a folder labeled "Rivia Finetuning." This way, it's always clear which assets we've delivered versus those created by your team.
