We've compiled our top tips to keep your individual and team workspaces organized in Rivia. Our "How To" video below walks you through where to find each feature.

🗂 Use folders to stay organized.
Create folders based on topics (e.g., “Safety Review,” “Efficacy Deepdive”) or by user (e.g., “Alex’s Dashboards”) to keep things tidy and easy to find.

🖌 Name your dashboards

Lots of "Untitled" dashboards can lead to confusion on which views are relevant to your team. Ensure you're naming to each dashboard you create. Dashboards can always be renamed later on.

📤 Share dashboards intentionally.
Want to share a dashboard with a teammate or department? Use the "Share" option to manage permissions and control access for each dashboard.

🔒 Keep personal dashboards private.
If you’re experimenting or tracking something for your eyes only, make sure to restrict access to others so it doesn’t show up for them unnecessarily. You can change the settings for any dashboard you create yourself under "Share".

🛠 Duplicating & moving panels across dashboards

Rather than re-creating panels from scratch, Rivia allows you to duplicate and move panels that you find helpful to other dashboards. This allows you to copy over a panel that another user created to your own dashboard so you can edit it there, rather than making changes to the original panel.
