This is a great option for detailed questions, requests that include attachments, or when you need a written record of the conversation. We can support the following attachment types: .csv, .doc, .html, .ods, .tsv, .xls, .xlsx, .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .mov, .mp4, .pdf, .png, .txt, .heic, .oga, .ogg and .dng

For quicker interactions, feel free to use the Intercom chat feature located at the bottom-left corner of Rivia after you've logged in. This tool allows you to chat directly with a member of our support team in real-time during business hours (9-6 Central European time). For queries outside of business hours, you can expect a response the next business day.
